By taking part in this prize draw you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions then you should not take part in the prize draw. It is your responsibility to ensure that you review the terms and conditions before entering the prize draw. We, JD Sports Fashion plc t/a size? ("size?"), recommend that you print and store or save a copy of these terms and conditions for future reference during the prize draw. size? is the promoter of this prize draw.
1. What can you win?
There will be one (1) winner who will win:
• one (1) pair of trainers per calendar month for twelve (12) months. A total of twelve (12) pairs of trainers (the "Prize").
Each pair of trainers must be collected from size? Leeds 3-5 King Edward St Leeds LS1 6AX each calendar month (the "Participating Store").
The Prize is subject to availability in the Participating Store (including availability of sizes, styles and colours). The Prize may not be exchanged for a cash value, nor is it transferable. The Prize is subject to winner confirmation (i.e. size? has been able to contact the winner and has been able to confirm eligibility). size? has the right to change, alter or withdraw the prize draw or Prize at any time due to any change in any applicable law or any events outside the control of size?. size? shall not be responsible for any delay, cancellation or rescheduling of the Prize. If any part of the Prize is not claimed (for whatever reason), size? is under no obligation to supply an alternative prize.
2. What is excluded from the Prize?
It is the winner's responsibility to organise and pay for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from the Participating Store to collect the Prize.
Certain product exclusions apply and are subject to the Participating Store's manager's discretion.
3. Who can enter?
Entrants must be aged 18 years or over and a resident of England, Scotland or Wales. The winner must have a device compatible to scan the QR code.
size? reserves the right to ask the winner to provide proof of age. Employees (and their immediate family) of the size? group (http://www.jdplc.com/our-group/sports-fashion.aspx), or anyone else professionally connected with this prize draw are not eligible to enter the prize draw. size? reserves the right (at its sole discretion) to decide if the eligibility criteria are met. If the eligibility criteria are not met, the entry will be invalid.
4. How to enter
Entrants can enter the prize draw by visiting the Participating Store and scanning the QR code. The entrant must enter their full name and email address when redirected to the size? landing page. Internet service providers' fees may apply when accessing the internet. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
Participation is limited to one entry per person only. If more than one such entry is received, only the first entry will be accepted. No responsibility is taken for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason.
5. Closing Times
The prize draw will open on Friday 16th June at 08:00 (UK time) and will close on Saturday 13th July 2023 at 18:00 (UK time). Any entries received after this date and time will not be valid. size? accepts no responsibility for entries damaged, delayed, or incomplete, or not received for whatever reason, and is not liable for any technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent participation in the prize draw. size? reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify without notice any individual who it reasonably believes has acted fraudulently, tampered, or attempted to tamper with the operation of the prize draw or acted in violation of these terms.
6. How is the winner selected?
The winner of the prize draw will be the first entry drawn at random from all valid entries. The decision of size? is final and binding on all entrants. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner (other than with the winner themselves). The winner will be notified via email (to the email address provided by the winner at the time of entry) within 7 days of the closing date. size? will contact the winner via email to arrange collection of the prize on a monthly basis from the Participating Store. In the event that the winner does not communicate their acceptance via email of the Prize within 7 days of notification that they have won ("Winning Notification"), despite size?'s reasonable efforts to contact them, size? reserves the right to pick another winner (in accordance with the procedure set out in this section) and the original winner will be considered to have waived their right to the Prize.
Once the winner has accepted the Prize via email, they can claim a pair of trainers each calendar month, over a period of twelve (12) calendar months starting from the calendar month of the email acceptance, by:
(a) emailing size? using the email address from which the Winning Notification was sent at least three (3) days (excluding bank holidays) before they intend on collecting their monthly pair of trainers ("Heads-Up Email");
(b) visiting the Participating Store during opening hours after size? have confirmed receipt of your Heads-Up Email and speaking to a member of staff and selecting a pair of trainers available in the Participating Store in the size confirmed to us via email.
In the event that the winner fails to collect any of the twelve (12) pairs of trainers in the respective calendar month, they may not collect them in any other calendar month and those pair of trainers are deemed to be forfeited.

7. Winner's Responsibilities
It is the winner's responsibility to: (i) organise and pay costs for anything excluded from the Prize, including travel to and from a Participating Store; (ii) complete all stages of the How to enter section above and present evidence of such completion to a member of staff in a Participating Store; (iii) provide accurate contact details; (iv) provide valid proof of age, which is required to enter the prize draw; (v) adhere to local laws in the UK
(vi) comply with any rules, instructions, requirements, terms and conditions or regulations of the event organiser. size? will not be liable to the winners or any other persons where they fail to comply with such responsibilities and any such failure may result in forfeiture of the Prize.
8. Personal information
By ticking the appropriate opt-in boxes you agree that you will receive regular communication from size? (and its affiliates). size? will use personal information which you provide, or which we obtain through our dealings with you, to sign you up to marketing materials provided by size? (and its affiliates) and to administer the prize draw. We may also use your personal data to tell you about size? (and its affiliates) products and offers, and for market research including analysis and development of our products and customer relationships. You can unsubscribe at any time by following the instructions contained in the promotional emails. If you do not wish to receive marketing communication from size? (and its affiliates) please do not tick the appropriate opt-in boxes when entering the prize draw.
9. Publicity
By taking part in the prize draw, entrants may be invited to participate in publicity at size?'s request if they are a winner of the prize draw. Entrants agree that size? (or any third party nominated by size?) may in its sole discretion use their comments relating to the Prize and their experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice and without any fee being paid (including for the avoidance of doubt when responding to any third party). Any use of images or other personal information that could identify entrants will be subject to the entrants' consent.
size? reserves the right to withdraw the Prize (or any part of it) if a winner breaches any of the terms in these terms and conditions or if they are found to have acted in a dishonest or fraudulent manner.
10 . Which law applies to this prize draw
This prize draw is governed by the law of England and Wales and the participants of the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in England and Wales.
